WELCOME TO RESILIENT
The Resilient Show is hosted by former Force Recon Marine Chad Robichaux and is committed to bringing on the most insightful guests to educate and inform our audience through engaging discussions, expert interviews, and actionable strategies. Our goal is to help individuals build resilience beyond the challenges of everyday life, not only to improve their own lives but also to positively impact their communities.
In a world filled with confusion, self-doubt, and emotional turbulence, it's time to reclaim our strength and adaptability. It’s time to be RESILIENT!
the solution
Modern culture lacks resiliency, but there is a solution! We can build resiliency by learning from our own trials and the experiences of others. Resiliency is readiness, and readiness means being prepared, educated, and well-informed. We can then use that information to fortify ourselves in The Four Pillars:
MIND
BODY
SOCIAL
SPIRIT
mind
We can build resilience by challenging mental paradigms and relentlessly pursuing knowledge, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence. This helps us confront our vulnerabilities head-on and develop an unshakable pillar of mental resilience.
social
Life wasn’t meant to be done alone, and we don’t have to. However, choosing who you surround yourself with is crucial. We must be cautious and intentional to surround ourselves with the right individuals and create unbreakable social bonds through authentic relationships with like-minded individuals is critical in building a resilient social pillar.
body
We have one body, and it is critical that we care for it by maintaining and strengthening it daily, fueling it with proper nutrition, and giving it the rest and recovery it needs. This serves as our physical pillar.
spirit
Purpose is essential, and it requires stepping outside the other pillars and connecting with something bigger than yourself to find moral courage, hope, and direction. We believe our daily battles are not physical but part of a spiritual war in which we are all engaged. At Resilient, we point to Jesus as our spiritual rock in that battle and believe that in order to be resilient and become who you were created to be, you must have a relationship with the Creator.

THE RESILIENT SHOW PROUDLY SUPPORTS MILITARY AND FIRST RESPONDERS
Chad is the founder of Mighty Oaks. Mighty Oaks is a faith-based military and first responder service organization that teaches members of these communities how to get beyond the overwhelming stress and trauma of their career calling and live their lives in the manner God intended. Many military and first responder members are unequipped to deal with the stress of their career, leaving their families to deal with the aftermath of broken homes and suicide at times. Mighty Oaks is committed to saving lives, restoring families, and changing legacies.
